As a part of the Good Health Program, our objective is to identify the hospital based on your preference and convenience. We recommend that our beneficiaries call our helpline number in case of an emergency. It would enable us to coordinate Ambulance service associated with the Hospital.
All our Certified and trained Health Coaches have been vaccinated with two doses of Covid-19 vaccine. They’re also trained on the COVID protocols. All medical equipment is fully sanitized before and during the home visit.
As part of our Good Health Program, we have a virtual Doctor consulting your Parents monthly. During these consultations, the Doctor will have a relaxed informal conversation with your Parents while reviewing their general health, test reports (if any) and advise them on minor tweaks to their lifestyle that may be needed. Family members can also participate and get to know about your parents health.
The Good Health Program provides scheduled monthly consultations. Moreover, you can avail unlimited Doctor’s consultation for any additional queries.
NO. You will not require to provide any technology or infrastructure like mobile/laptop or wi-fi to the Health coach. She comes prepared with all that is required and you can now have a hassle free health evaluation experience.

A Health Coach is a paramedic professional responsible for the well being of your Parents. He/She will visit periodically and continuously monitor your parents health.

We have a Good health Program which is available in common. However, if you need something specific to be added, we will be happy to customise your preference and accommodate the same.
No, they won’t be limited to only Doctors from our Panel. Our doctors will provide consultation based on their previous and current medical records and provide a consolidated prescription.They can access all this information from the Health vault and use it to consult with your prefered Doctors.
Yes. As a part of our program we have a physiotherapy section. If there are any additional needs, then we will make the arrangements at a discounted price.
We will try our best to accommodate additional visits within the plan that you have selected. In situations where we are unable to do so, there will be charges that will be incurred depending on the nature of the visit.
During home visits, our Health Coach monitors medication compliance and medicine stock and helps with reorders.
You will receive an Activity Report every month. More importantly, should there be any emergency situation, we will communicate that quickly to you. Children will have access to the Health Vault - the digital health dashboard will give a full and clear view of the health of their parents. We suggest that a family member also connects during our virtual Doctor consultation which occurs every month.

The plan chosen is for the individual. However you can enroll your mother also. We offer an additional 10% discount for more than 1 member.

Irrespective of the plan chosen, should you choose to withdraw your enrollment during your sign up period, we will refund the plan charges. For this purpose, the refund amount will be calculated for the period remaining from the end of the month in which enrollment is withdrawn till the plan end date. Care Process

As a process, our Health Coach will schedule a monthly visit. However, they will have touchpoints over the phone or in person with the enrolled member, if necessary, apart from the regular visit.

Not at all. The Psychological program at SafeGuardFamily is completely online.
We conduct an assessment to identify stress levels and thus determine the number of sessions required. Moderate to severe levels would require 4-8 sessions minimum.
After a session, you would be given certain tasks to complete based on your chosen goals & the same would be discussed at the start of the next session.
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment anytime before 3 hours to the start of the scheduled session. It will not be applicable after the start of the session.
